Imagine looking forward to the proficiency check that pilots must complete every 24 calendar months to maintain pilot-in-command privileges. Pat Carpenter, CFI and owner of East Bay Flight, will lead us in considering an array of interesting options to help us get more value and fun out of a Biennial Flight Review (BFR).
